These sales and delivery conditions apply to the purchase of goods on qpet.dk for delivery in Denmark, but not Greenland and the Faroe Islands, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
At qpet.dk you can shop 24 hours a day. However, maintenance can take place where we close the store for a short period. You can only make purchases when the store is open and available.
You select the items you want to buy and put them in the “shopping cart”. You can correct the contents of the shopping basket right up to the actual order time, and you can regularly check the contents as well as the price of the goods. All prices on qpet.dk use the following currencies for pricing: Denmark – Kroner (DKK) and include VAT and any other taxes.
Any additional costs for e.g. shipping or debit card fees will first be calculated before you are ready to pay.
When you are ready to order, click on “Basket”, where you enter your name, address, e-mail, phone number, payment method and select delivery method.
You can change the contents of the shopping cart right up until you confirm your purchase by pressing the “Go to payment” button. Then your order goes on to payment.
Qpet.dk uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means that your data information is secured and can not be read by other outsiders.
Qpet.dk’s own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.
The amount of the goods will be deducted from your account when the goods are shipped. We reserve the right to price and printing errors on the website and reserve the right to cancel the order if there is a significant and / or obvious error.
To shop on qpet.dk, you must be 18 years of age, but you can buy products on the website if you have obtained your guardian’s acceptance or otherwise have a legal right to enter into the purchase. You must also be in possession of a valid payment card.
We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, ViaBill.
When purchasing with Viabill, you will first receive your goods, and then the interest- and fee-free monthly benefit falls every 20th of the month. The agreement on payment with ViaBill lapses when a purchase is canceled, cf. section 26 of the Consumer Contracts Act.
Receipt for receipt of order and order confirmation
Once you have ordered an item on qpet.dk, you will receive a receipt for our receipt of your order. However, a binding purchase agreement has only been entered into once you have received an order confirmation from us. Remember to be aware that the order confirmation may end up in the spam box. If you have provided the wrong email address, the conditions still apply.
Delivery
Upon receipt of your order, we will pack and ship with one of our partners as soon as possible. We use various delivery companies, including GLS – Private, GLS – Parcel Shop, PostNord – Private, PostNord – Optional Delivery Place, DAO – Direct, DAO – Parcel Shop, Bring – Private (Evening Delivery), Bring – Optional Delivery Place.
You will be able to choose between having the package sent “without delivery” or “with delivery”.
You will always receive a track and trace no. so you can track your package, from our warehouse and home to you.
Shipping is calculated by weight.
14 days right of withdrawal
When you shop at qpet.dk, you usually have a 14-day right of withdrawal, where you can notify us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in the same condition and quantity as you received it.
Some items are not covered by the right of withdrawal, and this will appear in the order process.
The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day.
The right of withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery and be received by us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of withdrawal. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by unequivocal statement within 14 days of receipt of the item. You can return the item and cancel the purchase by sending an email to info@qpet.dk. The notice must clearly state your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Upon receipt, you may only handle the item in a way that allows you to determine the item’s nature, properties and function.
If foil / sealing is broken, the right of withdrawal lapses.
You are liable for the deterioration of the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and function. This means that you must try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of impaired value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a small part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to qpet.dk to assess the condition of the item.

When returning, you should make sure that the goods are securely packed. You are responsible for the package / goods until we receive it. Therefore save the postal receipt and possibly track and trace number.
You must pay the cost of returning the item yourself when you regret it.
We expect you to send the goods as soon as possible after you have given notice of cancellation, and you must send them back no later than 14 days after you have regretted.
Note! We do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery or packages without delivery.
Documentation of your purchase and return form:
You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation for your purchase. In addition, it would facilitate the expedition if you enclose a completed return form which you will find in the delivered package.
Refund
When we receive the item, we check it and you get a refund of the amount you paid to us at the time of purchase.
The amount is always transferred to the same means of payment with which you paid for the purchase. For example, if you have paid by card, the purchase amount is returned to the payment card you used for the purchase.
NOTE:
You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the value of the item is impaired,
- you have actually taken the item into use,
- it has been damaged while you were responsible for it,
- you have handled the item in a different way than was necessary for you to determine the nature, properties and function of the items.
- you have not followed the restrictions in the right of withdrawal that follow from sealing, item type etc.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
Your purchase of covered by the Purchase Act, including the defect rules. This means that you can either have a defective item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
You must contact us within a “reasonable time”
Complaint regarding. Defective situation must be reported to qpet.dk within a reasonable time after receipt. Here, max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.

The complaint is waived by incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
Depending on the specific situation, you will receive the further instructions.

Complaints are not received if these have been sent on COD.
When you return the item, please also state in as much detail as possible what the problem is.
In the event of a justified complaint, we will refund reasonable shipping costs
If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your reasonable shipping costs to send the item back to us. Otherwise, you must bear all expenses for transport, including our shipping costs for returning the item after examination, just as we can charge you a fee, which is calculated up to DKK 200 for examination of the item.
Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and receive a receipt for shipment. You are responsible for the package / goods until our receipt. Therefore save postal receipt incl. information on shipping costs and possibly track and trace number.

To shop at qpet.dk, we need the following information:

We register your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you.
The above data is stored with information about which goods you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, cf. section 10 of the Accounting Act, after which the information is deleted.
If you have created a login to be able to perform self-service with us, your personal information and order information will not be deleted, unless you ask us to do so.
Information is not passed on or sold to third parties unless this is done in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in such a situation will take place in accordance with the personal data legislation in force at any given time.
