The following terms of sale and delivery as of 1 November 2022 apply, unless otherwise agreed in writing between Q Pet ApS and the buyer.

1. In general

At you can shop 24 hours a day. However, maintenance can take place where we close the store for a short period. You can only make purchases when the store is open and available.

You select the items you want to buy and put them in the “shopping cart”. The amount of the goods is invoiced when the goods are shipped. We reserve the right to price and printing errors on the website and reserve the right to cancel the order if there is a significant and / or obvious error.

2. Receipt for receipt of order and order confirmation

Once you have ordered an item on, you will receive an order confirmation for our receipt of your order. However, a binding purchase agreement has only been entered into once you have received an order confirmation from us. Remember to be aware that the order confirmation may end up in the spam box. If you have provided the wrong email address, the conditions still apply.


All prices are in Danish kroner or euro and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. The currency appears on the price of the goods.

4. Payment

Q Pet ApS ‘payment terms are as stated on the invoice. If the payment is not received by Q Pet ApS no later than the due date, Q Pet ApS reserves the right to calculate interest as stated on the invoice, from the due date and until payment takes place. If the payment deadline is exceeded, a 2% default interest surcharge per commenced month from due date. Buyer’s payments are written off first on accrued interest and costs, then on the debt.
Buyer is not entitled to set off any counterclaims against Q Pet ApS, which is not recognized by Q Pet ApS and is not entitled to withhold any part of the purchase price due to counterclaims of any kind.
If delivery is postponed due to the buyer’s circumstances of any kind, the buyer is obliged to pay to Q Pet ApS as if delivery had taken place at the agreed time. Q Pet ApS may deviate from this by written notice.

5. Property conditions

Q Pet ApS reserves the ownership of delivered goods until the entire purchase price incl. delivery costs as well as interest and possibly recovery costs are paid in full.

6. Delivery

Orders over 2.500,- DKK excluding VAT are delivered free of charge in Denmark. Orders under 2.500,- DKK ex VAT will be charged a shipping fee of 99,- DKK ex VAT. Delivery of orders to foreign countries is credited to the freight on the invoice.
Q Pet ApS cannot be held responsible for delays in deliveries, but will always strive for timely delivery.
Unless otherwise agreed, the item is considered sold out of stock. The risk passes to the buyer upon delivery of the goods. If the shipment takes place with a foreign carrier, or by surrender to such carrier, or by surrender to a freight forwarder, regardless of whether the latter merely arranges the transport or is in charge of it himself, the goods are considered to have been delivered by transfer to him.

Re-delivery of a shipment is at the recipient’s expense. We therefore reserve the right to invoice any additional fees from carriers for redelivery.

If an order is delivered on a quarter, half or full pallet, the pallet must be exchanged (i.e. the driver must bring back a corresponding pallet upon delivery). If this is not possible, we reserve the right to invoice costs for the pallet afterwards.

7. Backorder

Backorders will not be forwarded. Backorders are deleted and the buyer must reorder the item.

8. Product information

We reserve the right to make errors and changes in information in brochures and other sales material. Any errors and changes can not be claimed against Q Pet ApS.

9. Product changes

Q Pet ApS reserves the right to change the products or parts thereof without notice, if this happens without inconvenience to the buyer.

10. Limitation of Liability

A claim for damages against Q Pet ApS may not exceed the invoice amount for the item sold.
In no case is Q Pet ApS liable for operating losses, loss of profit or other consequential losses.
Unless otherwise specifically agreed, Q Pet ApS has no liability for damage to real estate or movables, including products manufactured by the buyer.
Q Pet ApS is only liable for personal injury when it can be documented that the damage is due to error or negligence committed by Q Pet ApS or by someone Q Pet ApS is responsible for.

11. Product liability

To the extent that nothing else follows from Danish law’s mandatory rules on product liability, the following restrictions apply: Q Pet ApS is only liable for damage caused by a product delivered by Q Pet ApS to the extent that it can be proven that the damage is due to the company’s fault or negligence. .
To the extent that Q Pet ApS may be imposed product liability to third parties, the buyer is obliged to indemnify Q Pet ApS to the same extent as Q Pet ApS’s liability is limited according to the point above.

12. Complaint

The buyer has a duty to check this immediately upon receipt of the delivery, including examining whether the quality and quantity of the delivery corresponds to what has been agreed. If the buyer finds that this is not the case, it is the buyer’s responsibility to notify Q Pet ApS in writing no later than three (3) working days after receipt of the goods.
If the delivery does not correspond to the agreed quality, the buyer is obliged, if Q Pet ApS requests it, to return the item at Q Pet ApS´’s expense and risk, after which Q Pet ApS credits the full amount. Q Pet ApS reserves the right to receive only the defective part. If the delivery does not correspond in volume to what has been agreed, Q Pet ApS has the right to credit / debit the difference.
Changes or interventions in the purchase without Q Pet ApS’s written consent release Q Pet ApS from any obligation. Q Pet ApS reserves the right to test goods that are alleged to be defective. If Q Pet ApS does not find defects in the item after testing, it must be expected that the item will be returned with an invoice for work performed.

13. Customer and Privacy Policy

We register your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you.
The above data is stored with information about which goods you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, cf. section 10 of the Accounting Act, after which the information is deleted.

If you have created a login to be able to perform self-service with us, your personal information and order information will not be deleted, unless you ask us to do so.

Information is not passed on or sold to third parties unless this is done in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in such a situation will take place in accordance with the personal data legislation in force at any given time.

When personal information is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your express consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.

14. Return

Any return of goods can only take place by written agreement with Q Pet ApS. Non-stocked goods will only be returned if defects are found in the delivered goods. Stock items can only be returned if the item / packaging is completely undamaged. 10% of the invoice price is otherwise deducted, however, a minimum of DKK 50.00, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All returns are at the buyer’s expense and risk. If goods are returned without prior agreement with Q Pet ApS, there will be a return to the buyer at the buyer’s expense and risk.

15. Disputes

Any dispute between Q Pet ApS and the buyer must be settled in accordance with Danish law.

16. Force Majeure

Should delivery be prevented due to force majeure, it releases Q Pet ApS from any liability, and Q Pet ApS reserves the right to cancel the agreement in whole or in part, or to postpone delivery with the delay caused by the obstacle beyond the delivery deadline stipulated in the agreement. .
